Su Willmott

Su has a solid business background of working in both SMEs and corporate businesses, and has more than twenty four years’ experience in HR and training.  She has run Action HR for over 17 years and works closely with her clients.

Su is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) and an Associate of the Chartered Management Institute (ACMI). This means you can be confident Su follows industry standards for best practice in HR and keeps her knowledge up to date with continuing professional development.

Years of studying case law means Su knows how to protect you from issues you may never have thought about.  What happens if you suspend a member of staff and they immediately get signed off sick by their doctor?  If you have to make a member of staff redundant, do you know what procedures you need to follow to ensure you don’t trigger a tribunal?
